Terms of Participation
Travel, Insurance and any related costs for you to get to Bali are not part of the package. Kindly note that all activities are at your own risk and we will not be responsible for medical, health, or personal injury or items being lost or affected in any way. We will however do our best to accommodate any food preferences or allergies that you may have. Kindly include this in the Participant Form or discuss it with Rupali, our Retreat Angel once confirmed.
Once a payment is received it is non-refundable by default; however it is transferable to a later Retreat date with written notice up to 6 weeks before the original Retreat start date. An admin fee of R1500/$120 is applicable in this case. In the event that you can no longer attend, you may find someone to substitute your participation, in which case any payments minus administration costs will be refunded once full payment has been received from your substitute attendee.
